MEZ Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at MEZ Boutique! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Return Policy.
You may return an item in new condition (see below) within 7 days of receipt.
New condition means; the items must be unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner intact. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.
PREPAID LABEL OPTION. Follow these simple steps:
1. Make sure the clothing is in new condition (see above).
2. Please contact us at email@example.com so we can provide you with the shipping label. We will deduct $7.50 from your refund for the return shipping and handling costs.
3. Drop off your package at an authorized USPS (United States Postal Service) location in the original package. NOTE: If you do not have the original mail package, you will have to purchase one at the USPS store.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within 2-3 days, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, a credit for your refund amount will be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and are non-refundable Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Any return shipping costs will be deducted are nonrefundable.
If you’re returning an item because it doesn’t match the order description, then we will exchange the item free of cost! We will send you the shipping label and you can drop it off at any USPS store. We will take care of you!
