Shipping

 Do you offer expedited shipping?        
At this moment, MEZ does not offer expedited shipping through our website. But we can make it happen! If you would like to receive an expedited shipping quote, please contact us at customerservice@mezboutique.com

Keep in mind our current ground shipping is already 1-3 business days!


Once I’ve placed my order, how long will it take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped. Once shipped, it takes USPS 1-3 business days to deliver. If you placed an order between Saturday-Sunday, it will be shipped Monday!

For example, if you placed an order Monday at 1pm cst. We have until Tuesday at 1pm to process your order and shipped out. Wednesday will be the first day of shipping and  your package could arrive between Wednesday and Friday.

 

Do you ship internationally?

At this moment, MEZ does not offer international shipping through our website. But we can make it happen! If you would like to receive an international shipping quote, please contact us at customerservice@mezboutique.com


How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Tracking will be available the day after your order is shipped out. You can view the progress by tracking your package at https://www.usps.com/.

 

Returns

Do I have to pay for the return shipping costs?

Yes. At this moment, MEZ does not provide you with a paid shipping label.

 

How do I return an item?

Can I return a Final Sale item?

Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
